This is a demo, all management functionality is accessible, however the demo is hard-coded to ignore any alterations.
Either use an M access key, or click the semi-hidden Toggle Management display link centered at the bottom of the page to show inline management tools such as title editors as well as the link to the management console in the navigation bar.
